Escape at Four Points now open, project to be complete by fall

After beginning construction more than a year ago, the newest apartment community in Four Points, Escape at Four Points, is now open and leasing units.

San Antonio- based Embrey Partners Ltd., a national builder of apartments, is building the 344-unit apartment complex on the 17-acre site. The site has two exits onto RM 2222 and one onto Four Points Drive. Escape at Four Points Logo_Lg

Located next to Target at 11210 RM 2222, Escape at Four Points offers residents a short distance to nearby stores, shops and eateries.

“We offer the walkability to a lot of different businesses at really competitive rents for the Hill Country,” said Allison Duggan, community manager.

“Being in this location and being able to walk to the grocery store, walk to Target, walk to all the restaurants and banks and Starbucks, I think, is going to be a really great added benefit for our residents,” Duggan said.

The first resident moved in on March 28. Much of the complex is still under construction, which is scheduled to be complete in September or October. Duggan said residents don’t need to be worried about construction noise.

“We try to keep it at good hours so it’s not going to interfere,” she said. “We’re going to manage it so you’re not in the middle of a construction site when you move in.”

Escape has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units starting at $880. Residents can choose from either a standard or upgraded package. Upgraded homes feature stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting and marble in the bathroom. Both standard and upgraded apartments feature wood flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.

Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center featuring flat screen TVs and towel service, game room with billiards and shuffleboard, a lounge area with coffee bar and covered outdoor living space, business center, entertainment kitchen and a large pool with a grilling area and outdoor fireplace with seating. Residents also have access to 24-hour maintenance. Carports and garages are also available for an extra fee.

She said the most appealing aspect of the community is that it is brand new.

“Number one, we’re brand new and I think there’s a great appeal for something that’s never been lived in,” she said.

Escape, www.escapeatfourpoints.com, is offering move-in promotional specials, and will celebrate their official Four Points Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting on June 4.
