Staybridge Suites – Austin Lake Travis is under construction in Four Points, building a 100-room hotel that is expected to open by October 2026. 

A groundbreaking ceremony took place on December 4 at 7710 N RM 620, across the RM 620 from Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q. 

“It’s another exciting investment in our thriving West Austin region, designed to welcome guests, businesses and families,” stated Nicole Tomaszewski, executive director of West Austin Chamber at the groundbreaking. 

The project is developed and managed by SLTX Capital – based out of Houston. The Mathis Group, Inc., H+H Construction and the team behind Hyatt Place Austin / Lake Travis-Four Points were also at the ceremony.

Staybridge Suites is an extended-stay hotel brand owned by IHG Hotels & Resorts. It features residential-style suites with fully equipped kitchens, fitness centers, laundry facilities and outdoor grilling stations. It tries to offer a “home-like” environment for both corporate and leisure guests, shared John Wiseman, with SLTX Capital.

“The hotel opens approximately October 2026,” Wiseman said.

“As they continue to grow here, we’re thrilled to support them,” Tomaszewski said. “We’re excited to see this project rise — and to welcome Staybridge Suites to our business community!”
