
Vandegrift High School Theatre Company invites audiences to enjoy a delightful mix of comedy and classic storytelling with its upcoming production of The Canterville Ghost, running January 22–24, 2006.
Based on the beloved story, the play follows the misadventures of a centuries-old ghost whose attempts to frighten a modern family result in hilarious and heartfelt moments. With clever dialogue, playful scares, and a strong emotional core, The Canterville Ghost is a family-friendly production that showcases both humor and heart.
The show features an ensemble cast of Vandegrift High School student performers, including Parker Proft, Moukthika Nakerakanti, Leyla Oksuzler, John Dubose, Paula Martinez, Megan Gary, Evelyn Carpenter, Brayden Acosta, Lily Smetana, Caspian Robinson, Cian Bogue, Sofia Malacara, Emmett Olivera, Sydney Veit, Ava Schwertner, Ava Dufort, Sarah Billups, Kirin Chheng, Chloe Johnston, and Izzey Shupp.
Under the guidance of the Vandegrift Theatre Director, Hattie Bergman and Vandegrift Technical Theatre Director Aaron Johnson, students bring this beloved tale to life through dynamic acting and engaging storytelling, making the production an entertaining experience for audiences of all ages.
