Medical Towers at Riverplace serves Four Points, Four offices open, five more opening soon
By SARAH DOOLITTLE, Four Points News
After months of construction, the Medical Towers at Riverplace is open, providing a number of medical practices new to Four Points.
Good luck finding someone more excited about the newly opened Medical Towers at 6611 River Place Blvd. than Eric Perardi, CEO of Arise Capital Investments.
As the building’s developer, Perardi has a vested interest in the building’s success. But the Steiner Ranch resident’s interests are also personal as a father of three boys in frequent need of medical attention for the scrapes and breaks of an active childhood.

It doesn’t stop there. Perardi is also giving back to the community.
“I feel like I want this to be more than just a medical office building. We live here and this is someplace that I want to be proud of, that I want my kids to be proud of, I want people to be proud that it’s part of the community,” Perardi said.

TX coral, rattlesnakes are out this fall in Four Points, Local vets give tips on venomous bites
By LYNETTE HAALAND, Four Points News
There have been rattlesnake and Texas coral snake sightings this fall in Four Points. Over the past several weeks, local families have come in close proximity with the venomous snakes.
“The day after (Four Points News’) post about the snakes in Santaluz, I walk out to find (a Texas coral snake) in my garage” said Kathy Hebdon, who lives in the Canyon Glen neighborhood of Steiner Ranch. It was caught on a sticky trap and still alive.

Last week Kathy Hebdon found these snakes and lizards on her garage sticky trap at her home in the Canyon Glen neighborhood of Steiner Ranch.
The prior week, the Wagner family, of the Santaluz neighborhood, found a western diamondback rattlesnake and Texas coral snake caught on a sticky trap in their garage.
“This is right by where my two children park their bikes every day,” stated Amy Wagner. She usually throws away sticky traps after the exterminator leaves, but this last one she forgot to pick up.
“Until we can find the source of the problem, we have sticky traps down and have since caught another rattlesnake. My childrens safety has to come first,” Wagner said.
- David Brossette of River Place found a coral snake earlier this month hiding by his car tire. “Scared my kids to death ,” he said. He severed the head.
