Chris Clark appointed as acting LISD superintendent, after board approves Gearing’s retirement

At the December 11 regular meeting, the Leander ISD Board of Trustees approved the voluntary retirement of Bruce Gearing.

The board approved the appointment of Chris Clark as acting superintendent of schools until a new superintendent is hired.
