The Zimmerman voted to be capped at 32 homes 

Applicants originally wanted multifamily zoning for this 7.63-acre site at 11400 Zimmerman Lane for a 150-unit complex. But Austin City Council voted last week on a proposal to cap it to 32 units.

Vandegrift Band & Vision Dance Co. at Thanksgiving Day Parade

The Vandegrift Viper marching band and Vision Dance Co. was one of 12 that performed in the 2022 Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, and the only band from Texas this year. Look for more coverage in the next edition of Four Points News!
